These were mounted on a 'tiller', a wooden pole handle. Over 26" long overall, and they should be a deemed antique longarm.

Amazing. I am thinking there is a project build in this idea. With that lack of a lock it should be legal to build too.

I think you should be able to make a case for them being a cannon, not a handgun

If they have a bore of over 1" I believe that they are "not a firearm".

if the bore is over 1", they are no longer "small arms". I noted the reference to small arms in the updated deactivation standards put out by the CFC today.
