Handguard question

Hey guys, I have CSA 11.8" vz on the way and I have a handguard question. I really like the BC tactical handguard, but also like the NEA cowitness top handguard. Can I run the bc bottom handguard with he NEA cowitness top handguard? I tried searching but I'm drunk.
