Iam trying to put together a hunt in Montana or North Dakota with my revover. I am hoping to hunt antelope anyone with past experence and advice I would sure appreciate it

Talk to an outfitter down there, most have handguns and I'm sure they'd let you use them. It would be legal as well.
Trying to bring your own would probably be a PITA. Easier to borrow.

My form 6 applications have never taken more than 2 weeks, and the CFO usually gets my the border ATT in under two hours.

I'm willing to bet the state hunting license can be purchased online.

If your revolver is restricted, the permits will be the easy part. When you buy a hunting license then apply for a Form 6NIA for the firearm(s) and ammunition that you wish to take. It's free, and it's good for a year.

State hunting licenses can be purchased on line. In fact to apply for a 6NIA you have to have a valid hunting license in any state. My form 6's take at least 6 weeks...I'm now at 4 and counting. Never had one in 2 weeks?? Going for prairie dogs in September.
