No different than when any of us post a WTB ad. There are always good people that will respond with a reasonable price on something with which they are willing to part but there will also be a dozen losers that figure it's time to cash in quick for his/her retirement plan.

People here love to advocate for supply and demand when it comes to retailers and goods, but go nuts when it comes to labor supply and pricing

However, there is a group of very rich people out there that can spend huge amounts and not think twice about it.
For some, ten thousand, even a hundred thousand is like a hundred to us ordinary people.
I see this especially in the classic car market.
The seller's that recognize and take advantage of this fact.........good on you.
