Handgun Range in Toronto for NEWBY??

Hello All,

RCMP informed me today my restricted and non restricted has been approved..just waiting for the card to print and be mailed.

I'm looking for a good Toronto Club/Range to shoot at...I'm self employed so I have a lot of flexibility during the day....anybody know of one that has great weekday daytime hours????

Depends where in Toronto you are. I simply love Silverdale. The cheapest (membership half the price of Target), most relaxed, and versatile range around, in my opinion. Open 7 days a week during daylight. Having tried an outdoor range, I will never go back to indoor except when lacking options.

The only drawback of Silverdale is if you're not in the west end, it's quite the hike...
 
Would love Silverdale but the drive out is a bit of a hike from my home. One option would be to join Silverdale when they start accepting new members and get your LTATT. Then you can do the odd day use at another range like Target Sports if they're closer if you don't plan on shooting a lot. Target is approx $600.
