Don't discount the IWI Jericho or baby eagle as they used to be dubbed. They are standard issue for the Israeli armed forces, based on the CZ design, they are pretty much the same thing quality wise, and made in the same factory. Great feeling gun and is hard to beat comfort wise, solid, great trigger, very accurate, and I just picked a 9mm one up for $645 brand new. I think they are comparable to the SP-01(non shadow) except instead with a slide safety(only thing that isn't optimal) and for $200 cheaper.
