I have the same dilemma. I agree you want to see your front sights very clearly. I am far sighted but need to wear prescription glasses to acquire my front sight which makes the target very fuzzy.

Your eyes can only focus on one distance at a time. And the proven effective method is to make the front blade the sharp image and allow the others to be a trifle fuzzy.
