Handguns rolling in on the Canadian site

Hey guys I placed an order on Monday July 4th and Wednesday July 6th. July 6th order updated to "pending transfer approval from CFO within a couple of hours. July 4th order just shows customer completely paid, awaiting shipping. I know these guys are busy and I don't want to phone or email and bother them. I do not mind waiting at all but am just worried about the July 4th order not pending transfer when the July 6th order changed to the status the same day. Are any of you guys in the same boat? If you are reading this IRUNGUNS should I contact you guys with the number or is everything good? Thank you for your time and for bringing guns in to order.

Maybe some stuff is in canada and some stuff will be showing up on the import schedule. They don't combine orders and will ship independently. Im assuming both are fully paid for taxes and shipping. Ive had sone stuff clear faster than others as well depending on the transfer paperwork. Just my 2cents.

Not just you. It's been almost 2 weeks since my transfer was approved. There are no balances owed. I know these guys are busy but shipping a completed order shouldn't take this long. The delay should be from the CFO, but once transfers have been completed its all on IRG. Any updates would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you sent them the cfo info i had to do that with my last restricted. Never had a issue but im never in a rush. Ive never had reply to my emails but they have always came thru in the end.

Yeah I've sent two emails, both pertaining my buyers transfer notification but I haven't heard anything back

What email address for them? I had email from "donotreply@ so I decided not to send to that. I filled out text on their contact form with inof from cfo. Is that what you did.?
