Anyone out there have one of these? What do you think of it? How is the recoil? under 12" of pull and under 6lbs sounds like a good womens or kids rifle.

Not exactly. I have a Superlight in .223 Remington. I like it shooting it myself but one of the reasons I bought it was that it's a good rifle for introducing new shooters who are young and/or small, e.g. kids and women.

I have ruger ultralight all-weather in 243. great deer rifle, and no pain on the shoulder, light recoill and wight is no issue

I bought one this weekend, looking forward to getting out on the range and trying it out. I bought it because it is easy to take down and travel in a small case.

It will not let me copy and paste the picture.

"...will not let me copy and paste the picture..." Nope. Read the sticky about posting pictures. On the 'Newbie FAQ' forum.
"...Savage doesn't make a Handi rifle..." They don't make the Handi-Rifles at all. H&R does. Savage doesn't make a break action rifle any more. The 24 series never came with a .243 barrel either.
