I have an older Hornady Powder measure (looks pretty much identical to the new non-L&L models).
I've been using it for years the way it was set up when I bought it, which was with the operating handle pointing in the opposite direction to the adjuster thimble.
In all the photos that I see of this powder measure, the handle is mounted pointing in the same direction as the thimble.
Apart from the obvious fact that I'm charging the case on the downstroke instead of the upstroke, does it matter?
