That doesnt apply as long as the firearm is in use.

"use" is kinda of vague. That's why I just posted a copy of the reg. When is the gun in use? When your holding it, playing with it? When is displaying it? As soon as you put it down? or does some amount of time need to elapse. All that's needed here is a little common sense for crying out loud.
 
Thanks for the response fellas! Firearms law is laid out in such a way that I find it very murky and grey. Yes we can all use common sense and discretion, but it's always a good idea to know the clear black and white of it all. In this Country it doesn't take much to warrant a firearms offence charge....and as right and law abiding as we all are....it usually costs thousands of dollars to convince a court that you were within your legal parameters.
