Handloader on DVD

I have been eyeing the DVD set of Handloader magazines from issue 1 to 2005.
599.00 is a lot of $ to invest, so I am seeking opinions.
Anyone currently own this item?? and what is your opinion of them??

They were super cheap when they first came out at SHOT. I wonder if you can download them?

Ouch! How many issues have they had? Even if they have 599 issues on the DVD, $1 per digital copy is WAY too much for data that you will likely only use a bit of.

I would spend the money on components, reloading equipment, up to date books, new subscriptions, maybe even guns!
