Hands down, best movie scene ever

Good scene, except the guy on the right.. he goes to pull out the gun, notices he's to early in the scene, pushes it back in , and then pulls it out again (and gets shot while pulling it out..)..

his timing is off and it shows ;) ;) ;)
 
That is the ONLY movie I can think of where a "professional assassin" actually acted as one. Everywhere else the "professional" has two MAC-10s under his two-piece suit and shoots everyone by spraying obscene amounts of 9mm ammo while holding the guns sideways :mad:

Michael Mann had Tom Cruise train with a former SAS member. Every scene was choreographed and rehearsed until it was all smooth :)

This is the only movie I have pointed at the character handling firearms and said... "now, that's how it's done" :)

I never get tired of watching it and the club shootout scene is another superbly done scene ;)

Maybe so, but the idea of Tom Cruise playing a "professional assassin" is completely absurd. They may as well cast Mike Tyson as the lead character in a romantic chic flick.
 
Tom Cruise is a weirdo - and I thought that night club scene from Collateral was hilarious I was going to put some ragingly offensive remarks about Asians and Night Clubs in Calgary, but I don't think it would be appropriate.
 
Funny thing is, I was just watching this over and over again last week...
It's pretty convincing isn't it? I like how he shoots the first guy twice... then shoots him in the head when he's down for his third shot to finish off his Mozambique drill. Great acting.
