Happy day and Merry Xmas to me. Canada Post came through, priority mail, next day service from Prophet River. My new Ranch Hand 44 mag camp gun arrived. Action is as smooth as a 92 Win I had 35 years ago. Have to wait till it's a lot nicer out before I can take it out to try the sights and actual cycling rounds. I'll probably do a quick removeable stock extension so I can have my cake and eat it too. May sell my pre Rem Marlin 94 if this is as good as I think. I don't hunt so it's a" just in case" gun and make a little noise at the range to keep in touch with reality.
