Hey, does anybody know where I can buy 400-500 gr hard cast bullets in Southern Ontario....

There is a retired LEO who makes all kinds of cast bullets. It is called R & R Bullets. I bought several thousand in .38, .44 and .45 cal about 3 or4 years ago. R&R Bullets is still in business, placed an order about a month ago. Great guy to deal with.
I find his 45/70 gas checked bullets work very well in my Marlin.
I've also used his 30/30 and .303 British bullets, and they seem to work fine. The bullet weights are very consistent.

I'm not familiar with R&R, but Prophet River sells Western Munitions bullets for $73/250 of the 405 grain FN's... I believe that they are the Lyman #457193 405's.
