I have no experience with Campro or Berry's plated RIFLE bullets. Campro claim to have thicker plating than Berry's, I think.
In the last month I was testing some 150 gr plated round nose bullets in a 30-06. I was looking for a cheap (but accurate) load for practicing off hand shooting at 50 yards. Hunting practice ammo.
I loaded a string of charges in 1 gr increments from 15 to 22 grains of 2400.
15 and 16 gr shot well. About 1450 fps
But at 17 gr the group blew. About 1550 fps.
This is why I said I think the velocity of your load is too high. Try a modest load of shotgun powder and work up.
