A +1 on checking out the hobby shops in your area that cater to model railroad or RC cars or airplanes. I run across the small stuff all the time with my model airplanes. If you can take the gizmo with you to trial fit the keys.
And yes they do make sub 1/16 allen keys in 3/64 and 1/32 as well as the small metric stuff.
X2 on the Walmart set from Fuller. Although it was $8.99 when I bought it 3 years ago, I couldn't believe the assortment for the low price. Not bad quality or hardness either.
Frankly I've never had a Fuller brand tool that lasted long with me. They are the lowest of the low in my books. And any time that I end up with a Fuller product by accident it reinforces this distaste. YMMV of course but that's what I've found over the years.
if you buy cheap, that's what you get. It would really suck to strip the head because you bought cheap. Go to the auto parts store, sears, or if you see the snap-on tools truck driving around get him to stop. If you need the tool once, you will need it again.
The sqaure shank Fuller flat head that I bought more than 7 years ago has been used to knock out hundreds of plastic toilet flanges with a 22 ounce claw hammer, and will probably last another thousand... The biggest problem I have with allen keys is losing the damn things. I've probably bought 5 sets of them in the past 2 years alone.
