Harder to remove/insert spent casings into chamber?

Hey guys,

I have a cooey 39.

I'm using spent casings to practice dry firing with -- should they be more difficult to insert after being fired?

Normal unfired rounds drop into the chamber with no issue. However any fired brass that I reinsert to the chamber is next to impossible to get in. Is this an issue?

they can range from .. they fit.. to being like a different caliber and not even come close to fitting

Are they fired in your rifle or in another firearm?

You could pull a few bullets and use that brass.
First firing will make some noise lol.

When dry firing try a yellow drywall anchor. They are inexpensive, readily available and work very well.
