has anybody seen any RL-15 or RL-19 Powder?

Apparently Bass Pro in Calgary got some RL 15, and 22 in about a week to 10 days ago.
It's all gone now, btw.
So perhaps it is starting to trickle in.....
But I've been there before, and there's a good reason why I no longer load RL powders.

The only place I've seen any Alliant powders in the last year is at Bass Pro, the Canadian stores get the powder from the American stores, but it's still in small quantities. Canadian powder distributors who buy directly from Alliant haven't had any powder for almost 2 years and likely won't have any until 2016.
According to the chain gun store in town RL powders are made out of country and not coming in right now. They have loads of powder just it's all in stubby black containers. I still have some RL19 saved up from the last scare.
