If this is for a 38 Special it is much too heavy a load.
Might be a good plinker in a 357.
Oops, I see the length is a little long for these cartridges.
In short, tell us what calibre it is.
 
Caliber would help us check it for you. It's always a good practice to cross reference load info. Titegroup is usually a pistol powder, but a col of 2.8" seems a little long for a pistol cartridge.

TiteGroup is a fast pistol powder. This is used for rifle loads with cast lead bullets. Butr the Sierra 168 needs a fair velocity to stabalize. A total waste of a good bullet with Titegroup.

Get a powder in the 4895 speed range for rifle.
