Has anyone DIY'd a zero stop for the new FFP Diamondback Tactical's?

I do not know about the Diamondback but do you actually see lines under the turret when it moves up. If you don't, everything is done internally. You can't make a shim. Bushnell AR223 and Cabelas Covenant scopes have that problem. Got both of them. :(

It would seem that everything is done internally (the elevation turret doesn't move up and down). I still like the scope a lot, but I will be quite disappointed if there is no way to make a zero stop.

Yeppers Rem700, got the same problem with my 2 scopes that are built like that. Only thing you can do is to hope your are close to the bottom so you can turn all the way down, bottom out and then count up to your "good" zero. Otherwise you can be out of a turn pretty quick. :(

Get a canted rail that runs down to its lowest setting (yes I know that's not really practical) or try a different scope.

Unless there is a gap where the turret spins that you could, machine a spacer and drop it in...
