Has anyone ever heard about a "Black arrow" scope made in Korea?

Got a box of parts tonight, one of the scopes in there is a "black arrow" 2-7x32, made in Korea. I wonder which company actually made it...

Thanks RobertMcC, that link led me to a few info sources about "Sumner Sports Inc", a company based in Quebec city which sold sporting goods, incorporated in 1979 and dissolved in 2002.

Much of the Bushnell Banner line was made in Korea, good enough scopes for light recoiling rifles. I imagine this would be similar quality.
