Mine arrived yesterday,
There was a problem with my submission, the receipt i sent in was missing the retailers name they called me on May 28th about it, I emailed them a copy of the POS receipt that had the retailers name on it that same day and they acknowledged that they received my email. If there's a problem with your submission they'll try to get a hold of you to fix it. I included my phone number on the form so I did get a phone call saying they needed more information, person was probably working from home as it came up as that persons name on my caller id not a toll free number or company name.
