Do they ship directly to Canada or do we need to cross to pick it up?

If we cross the border with a Chargemaster 1500 it's ok with Canada customs? it's not a ITAR item? you never know

Reloading tools are fine. Besides, canada doesn't care it's the US that cares.

Canada Customs will demand HST/GST and you have to be away long enough to get the exemption. 48 hours gets you $800, including alcohol and tobacco. 24 hours gets you $200, not including alcohol and tobacco.

Agree with that. I think they're about 329USD, and 399CDN. By the time you get it home, or go down and get it, it's easier to buy north of the 49th.

Where are you finding them for $399 Canadian? Everywhere I look they are $550 and up.

The price on the Chargemaster at Natchez is good but the shipping is expensive, if there is any way you can ship it to a U.S. address and pick it up (ideally after being out of Canada for 48 hours) it will save you around $100.

I think you have a snowball's hope in hell finding it new in Canada for CA$399. Cabelas is about the cheapest at $490.

Regardless, at 1.35, plus some shipping or a drive across the border, you're not saving much.

Got mine from Brownell in 2012 for $280, Shipping to Vancouver area was $39 which included the RCBS bullet puller and collets.
RCBS had rebate on $300+, think they still do so add some RCBS tools to bump purchase to $300. Just go the QUICK charge powder funnel, good for compacted rounds.

ChargeMaster combo is the cat's meow, dump powder into case, slide over to co-ax, seat bullet, measure OAL, CM beeps next charge is ready.

Well, Natchez have them for US$289. There's a $50 rebate on $300 plus, so essentially you could get it for US$239, plus shipping and tax.

Shipping probably around $45 to $50, so it could be around US$280-290. That's around CA$380 shipped (after rebate), and cheapest in Canada is around $490 PLUS shipping, so say shipping is $25, that's $515 less $50 rebate in CA, so CA$465. Saving of about $85.
