I bought a B-Square model 14410 scope mount direct from the company, it cost twice as much with inflated shipping. FYI, it replaces the rear sight, and requires a LER scope. So the instructions tell me to remove the old sight, then install the "(drive-in) dovetail nut". I assume this is a blank dovetail threaded to fit the screw that goes through the mount.
Well, there is nothing in the package that resembles that. I let them know, and they apologized and sent me another screw. I let them know what I was looking for again, and the parts specialist tells customer service that the part is the same as the receiver side mounts on Winchester 30/30, and the part I was asking for was actually part of the front sight and they don't ship that.
Wow, long boring story! Anyways, if anyone has a picture of the threaded dovetail mount, I would greatly appreciate it to tell them which of their own parts they are supposed to send me! Hopefully someone out there has this mount! Thanks!
