Hey Folks!
Although I post quite a bit on LongRangeHunting.com I'm new to this forum. I've joined because I'm interested in Matrix Bullets. Since they are a Canadian company, I thought I would ask if anyone up here knows anything about them.

They have a 210grain .308 VLD bullet with a BC of .752

Has anyone used their VLD bullets? how is accuracy? just as important, has anyone used their VLD bullets on deer? and if so, how was performance?

Thanks

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Marshal is a personal friend and fellow F-class shooter, according to all reports he makes an excellent bullet.
Personally I can only vouch for one and that was when he made me some 750 gr. bullets for my 50 BMG.
In my gun they shot as well as the most expensive bullets available and better than the rest I tried.
I know he competes and hunts with his own bullets with good success.
I'm sure someone else will chime in as I know he has lots of satisfied customers, target shooters and hunters alike.
Above all, when we buy his product we support a fellow Canadian.... :)

Welcome to the board. You should try your question in Precision Rifles. A super high Ballistic Coeffiecient would probably have interested an FTR f-class shooter. Here they are limited to 308 and 223 for shooting out to 985 yards.

Once someone answers your question you can sit back with the

and watch another 100 post debate over the relative merits of a super heavy 308 and a superheavy 223.

To be honest, I have never seen matrix bullet thread. Lapua, berger, sierra and hornady, but never matrixs. However a lot of folks have tried just about everything in trying to improve their score.
