They have the nub so they don't just normally fit into a stock 10/22.

Would these fit in the Adler 224?

You need to modify the receiver.

But the Adler RF-224 mag well seems to be a few mm larger than a genuine OEM 10/22 mag well, so I'm not sure how well 10/22 magazines will fit in it. YMMV.
