Hasan shotguns?

My Hatsan is still working really well. This spring I took two turkeys (finally! - this was my 4th season trying). I patterned with a quite a number of different magnum turkey loads which are pretty high on the recoil scale. This fall I'm deer hunting in a shotgun zone so I've been trying different slug loads these last few weeks.

To be honest I'm somewhat conflicted here;
1. I'm really quite happy with this Hatsan shotgun.
2. After a final bad experience with a Norinco rifle, I'm only buying high end guns from now on.

That is because they are exactly the same gun, only brought in by different importers.:) This is also the case with Stoeger side by sides and over/unders - the same guns imported by Bell Distributors in Mississauga are called "Boito."

Hatsan is a manufacturer located in Turkey; they also manufacture a line of airguns that are imported (also by Bell Distributors.) The Winchester airguns are, unbeknowst to most, manufactured for Winchester by Hatsan too.

Hang on a sec. You are saying that the Stoger 2000 is manufactured by Hatsan? Where did you get this info and could you direct me to it.
Hatsan lists 9 models of 12ga 3" semi auto shotguns , which one is the twin of the Stoger 2000?
