what are people useing for hat cams in ipsc ?

I've never seen anyone shoot with a Hat Cam for score. It might slow them down and you do not get extra points for style. I attached my camera to a headlamp from walmart. For ten bucks the Gee Whiz factor was probably worth it, but I would not shoot for score with this setup.

I have been trying a Samgsung xc 300L. Picked it up for 300 bucks here locally in Calgary.

Currently put the vids through Windows Movie maker to spruce up some clips.
