Hatsan MPA Semi Recoil Pad and Lenght of Pull Adjustment

Hi Guys,

I wonder if somebody can help me find or tell me a brand or model of a limb saver or recoil pad that would fit my Hatsan MPA Semi? Would somebody know how I can shorten or modify the stock as well? The length of pull for me is a little far. Pls. advise.
