Hatsan or Daly

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with either the Hatsan Escort 12g semi, or the Charles Daly Field hunter vr-mc 12g semi? I know both are bottom end semi's and have read different reviews on the web which seem to be pretty good, but was wondering if anyone on here has had some personal expereience in the field (good, bad, ugly conditions). Thanks for your help
 
A few years ago the Escorts had some problems with breaking firing pins and locking blocks.
Those problems seem to have been resolved. New ones sometimes require a bit of final fitting to make them run right but when that is done they seem to work fine.
I can't help on the Charles Daly except to say that you may want to check on parts availability before stepping into one.
 
Not sure the Daly is a wise choice atm, Some members of a couple other boards I frequent have stated that the company is no longer in business
 
i had daly in my hands before....cant say i like it. the quality just isnt there...you better invest into something a bit nicer so no regrets later
