Howdy all,

I picked up a 14" Hatsan Marineguard shotgun and ran about 75 rounds through it last time I was at the range. Took it home to clean it out, and when I pulled the trigger assembly out, the spring for the bolt lock popped out, hit me in the face and disappeared into the shelves in my basement. Never had this happen with an 870, so learning moment. I also melted the front of the sight...

The question is: Where can I get Hatsan parts?

Bell Outdoors should be able to help.

These guns run pretty good with just a minor cleaning. Removing the trigger group really isn't necessary unless you're experiencing a problem.

Thanks EL34. I've contacted them but haven't heard back yet. The gun is new to me and my first Hatsan, so I wanted to take it apart more to compare with my 870 than to really clean it. Just wish I had known about that spring.

I'm contemplating doing a bit of review of it, because I did have a couple of issues with it, but overall seems good value as long as I can remedy the stove-piping. I had many rounds not clear the ejection port, causing a stove pipe. They are quick to clear, but still something that reduces my confidence somewhat. Generally, I'm sold on the barrel length and impressed with the 5-shell magazine.

P.S. also an audio fan over here. No tubes in my gear currently, but I've got a pretty great solid state rig (TT and CD sources).

Thanks for the replies. I contacted Bell through their website form, but haven't heard back. How do you guys get in touch with them?
