hatsan shotguns anyone?

I've looked over the semi and pump. Quality seems ok for the price. The flash hiders weren't fixed very tightly and the sling plate at the end of the magazine was loose and rattly, but they should hold up ok. The guy at the store told me that Hatsan/Escort have got their #### together and their guns don't break as much anymore. I'm still gonna go for an 870 or 590 though

i have orderd a hatsan mpa semi, thinking about a marine guard too! the price is awsome.....
hows the quality?

There are several MP-A happy owners here that can back me up and say that they are great value for the price.

My MP-A is used hard every weekend for practice, IPSC runs and try out shotgun for anybody wanting to try it @ the range.

@ 1300 + rounds of Winchester no.7 Ive no FTE FTF to speak of.
Have not cleaned it since round one btw..

Its not as pretty as some of the other tactical shotguns out there but if I want to pose with one I have other traditional brands that can do that but cost much more.

most of the private security forces in Haiti carry them (the hatsan pumps). they are pure patina, but as the bumper of a VW Jetta at my compound can attest - still put holes in things...

Got an escort/marineguard from Hatsan. No issues with it in 4 years of use. Ejection is weak so you gotta be crisp when pumping.

well i am hearing good things about them! good reveiws on the web too! for $400ish i guess i will find out!
having Backcountry sports in Ft St John bring me in a mpa wiith another order should be here in about two weeks
