Took a Hatsan tactical semi in a trade ,was told it didn't cycle well with low power loads,no worries from what I've read there all like that.stripped it down for a cleaning and had to "persuade" the piston off the mag tube.bloody hell there was no way that was sliding .checked the inside of the piston and it has uneven rings that look to be left over from original man. Piston does not slide back over the tube-would have to be 'persuaded "on.o-ring is shot -looks to have been soaked in solvent ,but that's an easy fix for a Plumber,I have thousands.
-1 st thought was to take it to a buddy that's a mechanic and hone it out like a cylinder
anyone have one and has notice the same rings?

I am having issues with mine, I just sent it in. Bell outdoors cover the guns for 5 years and it does not need to be the original owner I believe (they just checked seriel number on mine to make sure it's one they imported and I mailed it in).

I don't know about the uneven rings but mine had issues cycling target loads until I polished the outside of the mag tube.
Now it cycles everything perfectly!

Mine isn't cycling with heavy full power slugs. It was doing great with #7.5 target loads for about 200 rounds then tried the slugs out...
