^^^ - this. But you'll have more reliable cycling if you put in a $14 recoil spring from Brownells (some of the crappy copper-washed Chines ammo can be a bit sticky). Wonderful non-restricted rifle for that Russian cartridge; pity that 5/20 mags are $70 apiece (when you can find them).
Have lots of 7.62x39 ammo, need a few semi auto rifles, what to get? Besides SKS!

Psa 10.5 7.62x39 ar. I love mine and I've testfired with multiple types of surplus and noncorrosive no issues firing any of it. I may end up selling mine to jump on an rdb and I may end up regretting it but they're a great range toy
