ummmmmm, I wouldn't say that just yet.

This is a 26" barrel(in the photo) ,I was getting 2860 with 139 SST's in a 22" with 48gr of 760 , I used that same load( I had extra left) in this 26" barrel and got 3030 ft/sec , warm yes, pressure issues, not so much.

Nice! Yeah looking at your load weights I must be a tad on the warm side, mine is 47.5 with a 140 berger.

I'm shooting a 7-08 currently, in a gas gun though. Rock River LAR-8. Shoots great. Loading 154gr SST into necked down Lapua .308, 40.5gr 2208(Varget to you Northerners), CCI BR2. Decent BC, getting 2580 fps average and good groups. I could take it over 2600fps but it was quite hot. No point wearing out the bolt and my brass for an extra 30-40fps.
