the way it looks right now, agreed. with the folding stock, i think it has a cool retro subgun look to it. in fact i wont put a rail on it even if they are available to maintain that retro look.

As someone with little knowledge on barrels - how hard would it be to have a (non pencil) 109mm "3 lug" barrel made? Might as well buy a mp5 muzzle brake (3lug needed?) to get this frankemp5 in order..

Or sleeve the exterior of the barrel to give it a thicker outside diameter. Something to build off of.

Unfortunately, rifles. So we r stuck at 5rds.
So,, more mags needed

That makes sense if you give it the grease gun look.

Even if registered as pistols, they started life as rifles. The mags would still be limited to 5 as the mags are designed for the original rifle design.
