UMMMMMM you gotta be kidding me? REFUSED REFUND OR EXCHANGE? WOW........ i was looking into getting one but heard of the issues......what kinda business is IRG? ive heard good ive heard bad but this is disgusting....selling faulty firearms and refusing to refund or exchange...............BLACKLISTED in my books...i am sorry to hear about this man i would stop at nothing to at least get a in store credit...what did they tell you when you tried to get refund? i read their return policy and the want a 25% restocking fee....ya thats fine if a customer just doesnt want the product or changes their mind.......but for a defective product there should be no 25% restocking fee...they sold damaged good
