Does anybody on here have any experience with Riverbank Armory out of California? I need some M1 parts and this outfit looks like the best bet.

Depends what parts they are, some require an import permit, others do not. Most U.S. dealers do not want to deal with Canadians either way.

just remember export permits and enduser certs are required for the m1 carbine and garand

that company if you read around has poor reviews i have never delt with them myself through......

That is what I am trying to find out, if they have the necessary licences and whatnot. As far as the enduser statements go, that is only for licenceable bits and orders over $100. I have seen the reviews myself, but there are two sides to every story.......

your missing the most IMPORTANT point the M1 carbine and the M1 garand are on the us state department list of NO export without an enduser cert thats EVERY single part of the gun even if its FREE value has nothing to do with these guns (as they are on the list)

its covered under ITAR

As a matter of fact, I did not miss the point, and your statement is incorrect. I can't find the appropriate state department reference at the moment, so I will refer you to the Numrich website.
http://www.gunpartscorp.com/RestrictedModels.aspx As you can see under the "Restricted Assault Rifles" heading, it lists the M16, the M1 Carbine, the M4 survival rifle, and the M14, but not the M1 Garand. Plus, I have bought parts from several major sources in the US. As long as it is not over the itar allowance, and is not a regulated part, such as a barrel, receiver, bolt, sear or complete trigger assembly, no end user cert is required, however the proper export license is.

The Garand parts are okay to ship. Just buy your stuff from Numrich. They have the appropriate permits in place. I do it all the time, AND they have a 200.00 limit not 100.00

Again the Garand is not on the restricted list.
