Hi Guys I want to purchase a Norc 1911 and get the metal refinished with a coating to make it this colour

And make all other parts like the safety and trigger the same finish but black

Who does this kind of work?

I think this looks more like anodized coating. For the gun application it seem to be purely cosmetic, I dn't think anybody does it. You will have to galvanize your parts to get aluminium coat and then anodize aluminium. I think. Something like that.

There are several spray on coatings that are for guns that would work well. Duracoat etc.
Some have epoxy in them , some telflon some other components.
Some require heat to cure, one or 2 can be applied & left for a few days.

A number of years ago I did a 1911 with a spray on finish from Brownells, ( Gun Kote ).
It has held up well & still looks good.

Real guns are not painted. They are plated or blued. If you want to paint something paint your house.

Like you I prefer a nice blue finish but there are times when a coating works.
Para-Ord uses their own ParaCoat to finish new guns and other makers use other products.

plating is what I think i'm gonna do. like this only red and black

I don't think you can "plate" anything red or black.
You are confused with anodizing (which can be red or black) but can only be done to aluminum parts.

If you want those colours on a steel firearm... it's going to get painted/coated.

I've used Armacoat. It's tough.
