Having a hard time deciding between these

I have a glock and they are cool, but my sig p226 is better. I determined that after owing the sig, then buying a glock. But you cant go wrong, they are all good and will put holes in paper. you probably wont regret any of them.

I bought a BNIB Gen3 G17 when they first came out....due to the hype. I've since bought more expensive HG's (and sold a few off).

The Glock has never failed me and its my Go To for Practical shooting. I've lost count how many rounds its seen and how many times its been holstered but it still looks and functions as new.
It's also very easy to take-down for cleaning, accessories/parts are reasonably priced and everywhere, and you can do most of the work yourself.

Sure, I have prettier HG's and some fit better but this is one HG you don't have to "worry" about......

I’d try (handle) the h&k vp9 before buying one of these. Altho theyre all great firearms... i really love my sigs tho. My 226 legion sao is one of my favorite.

I traded my Beretta 92 to a member here, for his Glock 17, because I couldn't hit sh!t with the Beretta.

Once I got shooting the Glock, I found out it wasn't the guns fault.

I'm the other way around, I got rid of my G17 cause I couldn't hit anything, I think it was the rear "U" sights to be honest

That’s funny.
I know it wasn’t on the original list but I just got to shoot my new Sig 320 X5 Legion today and love it.
Put 300 rounds thru it with no issues. Nominal recoil, good sights, great trigger and grips fit me well.
Definitely worth a hold if you come across one.
Before I bought it I was able to try several pistols:
Glock 17 gen 4 - didn’t like the sights or trigger and grips never felt good for me.
Beretta M93A - liked it except would have to upgrade sights, was going to wait for the new 92X performance but still hasn’t came out.
CZ shadow 2 - another gun I really liked but..
IWI - can’t remember which model but I shot it at Wild West in Edmonton. It was ok but didn’t excite me
Sig P320 X5 (non legion) - shot this also at Wild West and really liked it, was deciding factor when I ordered the Legion model

PPQ M2, most accurate, best grip, points natural = human engineering. They are amazing guns. All listed are great guns but the Walther is superb with the best trigger. No need to change anything on the gun. Also durability is unbelievable.
Also tennifer finished (Glock no-longer does this, expense but they claim, it's a hazard to employees).
Love them all but the Walther is the best.

Also at NRA PPC National Championships, where accuracy counts, with Production guns. Walther is winning, sorry I love the Glocks and the Gen 5 is very accurate (trying to meet the US Army RFP requirements for accuracy with their new barrel) but Walther is more accurate and more importantly can be shot more accurately easier.

OP probably has his gun but others will surely be curious about those same guns...

I'd get a 1911 or an optics ready gun. The Walther fits that bill, as does the CZ Shadow 2 Optics ready version. I have most of the above, including the sig. My favourite handguns to shoot are the Shadow 2 and 1911. Mid to high end 1911/2011s are awesome handguns. Probably my favourite overall. I have Sigs as well, and while they're great guns, I don't shoot them as often since getting my shadow2 and 1911s.

Go to a store and buy local if you can. One of the most important things is how the gun fits your hand. If you can't grip it properly without a bunch of messing around, you'll never be consistent or accurate with the gun imo. If you can borrow guns at the range to try some different options, do that as well.
