Having difficulties with communication

I am starting to get frustrated with this company, I started a purchase of a restricted firearm from the over 4 weeks ago, and still they have not started a transfer for it with the CFO. The money was taken weeks ago and since then my calls and emails go unanswered. I'm hoping someone from the company reads this as and contacts me. I don't know where else to turn here.
 
That sounds awfully familiar to me! Exact same thing happened last spring with something I grabbed from them - except they outright lied to me about it.

Ya, we've started the transfer. Ok, the transfer is done now!

Funny thing was that the CFO hadn't heard of a transfer being started yet.

We are now in the process of moving to a larger building in Melfort 508 main st. We will be fully moved in by the 21 of April.
After CFO inspection.
This means more phone lines, more staff and more space.

We have been opperating on 1 line at our old location,20-30 calls a day max! This just was not good enough. We are now going to be expanding our phones and staff to accomodate most all calls and emails.

When we went on line 2yrs ago ,we did not expect this rapid growth, this has been a learning lesson for all involved.

We are gooing through some growing pains, and with this growth we hope to better serve our customers.

Pffff I sent a PM on the 28th of Mar for a M&P 45. Badger (Armand) called me yesterday (04 Apr) with my CFO ATT reference number. How dare they take less than a week to process my order :rolleyes: :wave:

We added 1000 squ ft to our existing shop in rural Sask.
Sasktel wanted to much for phone lines to be brought in, internet not able to handle enough users so to the big city we go!

Like I said we have out grown our current location
 
Please PM me. I have given multiple emails regarding the werearbouts of my new Shadow that I paid for 6 weeks ago. Please contact through CGN, if your having difficulties with your email. Please PM to let me know the tracking # or if the gun has been even shipped yet ?? I can be sympathetic to you guys going through growing pains, however I did send you guys $800 of my hard earned money, and would like to know whats going on with the gun that I purchased from you guys 6 weeks ago, when it says on the Internet that its "in stock". I would rather not rip you guys on the internet, but I would also like to know what is going on with my gun, and I have made several attempts of trying to communicate, with no results. I did originally decide to purchase this Shadow from you guys, to just support a CGN sponsor, because I did find a similar price on the gun, at a local shop.


I would really prefer to give you guys a glowing review, and pass along a good word, from a loyal CGN member, endorsing a CGN sponsor, and if these trully are "growing pains" that you guys are experience, then I can be sypathetic to that, however I do deserve a email or PM on here to describe the situation of my new CZ75 Shadow, that I have been waiting for, for a long time. Please PM me on here, or return one of my many emails, with either my tracking # or with a description of what is going on, with what will be done to make it right.
