I;am loading Lellier,Bellot 4/4 SR boxer primers for a Beretta model 96 Brigadier, some rounds rounds need a double strike,some rounds have no firing pin mark. My gun is clean,I;am using a single stage RCBS press. Canpro 180gr ,brass is cleaned, Are the primers that hard or is there something else I should be looking at? 3000 round count.

If there is no firing pin mark then it's probably a gun issue. Are you able to remove your firing pin to clean the channel?
Try manually pressing the firing pin forward, then let it go. If it's slow to return, it's a good sign that it's gummed up.

Your reloads might be a hair out of spec and the slide isn't in battery as yet. Could be slightly bulged or too long. I would guess the first option because those Berettas have generous leades. I've had similar issues with my 92FS with some reloads.

I have lee dies that came with the Lee 1000 press don;t use the press no more. I mic. all my rounds . I enjoy reloading, I cleaned the trigger ass. with liter fueled ,and compressed air, helped some what. Maybe its not in battery. I have a Wolf spring kit , I am going to change the slide spring to see if that helps.
Check to make sure your reloads pass the plunk test. Take you barrel out, drop in a completed round (chamber end up), press it in with your thumb, turn barrel over. The round should fall out freely. If it doesn't it could be also causing out of battery issues.
