I'd like to thank everyone for being so helpful. I think I may have this figured out. I bought the Burris rings and a set of inserts. I then counted all the clicks on my scope and set everything back to centre. I tried to do a boresight by looking through the barrel at about 100-150M away at a branch on a tree. Using the 0 inserts, I was way off. After trying a few different combinations, what got me closest was a total MOA adjustment of 30 MOA. This give me plenty of room to play with now. Once I have a change to head up to the range, I'll report back.
