Hazmat imports from Brownells

Need some chemicals and they won't ship. Have not called them yet but was wondering if anyone has brought up Hazmat goods from them before?

Specifically I need 2 pails of oxynate 84, a quart of oxynate S and some of that bluing tank cleaner (added to bath and causes impurities and crud to precipitate to the top of the tank. Have been doing a lot of bluing the last couple years and need to take it to the next level.
 
I just don't get it though. I get Cerakote all the time from NIC and it's not an issue. Brownells won't ship that either. It's along drive to Iowa
 
It's the hazmat shipping permits that kill. The permit costs the same for 1 liter as it does a 200 liter drum (unless it's changed). I was quoted over $200 shipping for a liter of Teflon a couple of years ago just because of the permit. I may be mistaken, but if I recall, it was hazmat fees on the Canadian side that were the problem. The people that sell it up here have bought in bulk which is the only way to keep the cost down
