I think the 15” handguard completely covers your gas block system. I’d be in for trigger and extended charging handle, LH please

Depends on the gas system (if the parent gun was a 16" it will have a "Long" gas system and the 15.8" hand guard will work great - ie the cutout will line up with the gas adjuster but if the parent gun was an 11" then the gun has a "Short" gas system and the hand guard will cover the gas adjuster / the cut out will be in the wrong place).

Pretty sure you could still adjust the gas system with long needle nose type pliers (reach down the inside from the end). I honestly dont see the gas system being adjusted too often anyways if you clean on even a semi regular basis.

I have a 13.8" on my NR and I think the proportions are pretty good (and I am generally a max length hand guard kind of guy).
