Are these mags being discontinued?
Might be gone already, they've been up for a few daysShows our of stock?
Released the entire amount online...all available for online salesShows our of stock?
Good memory. This is part of that last run. It is a bit of a long story that is not worth getting into.Wasn't the last batch supposed to be the last time for these?
If you are handy you could likely do it. We offer the service here to do the work. It is $75+GST. Your other option would be to purchase an SBI, Fletcher or Dlask receiver. These all come precut for the mags.Is it a simple DIY 'mod' for these to work? Is there a video or something online?
Abandon the idea of loading the mag while pushing on the tab that compresses the spring. Load it like you would a regular mag, one round at a time without pushing the button deal. That's the way to get these to run. When I do that they work perfect in my 10/22 and both Dlask receivers using KIDD bolts. How are you guys getting these to run well? It's jam city for me in several SBI receivers and a Dlask receiver.
It seems the mag sits too high and the bolt rubs against the feed lips and causes problems.
Maybe I'll try filing the feed lips down?
Lube the spine, the leaf spring when it is full extended and feed lips, make sure they are clean, second ensure when loading rounds the nose is pointed up. I own these mags and guy at the gun range had exact same issues, was able to resolve using process described above. Also make sure your rifle is lubed lightly. How are you guys getting these to run well? It's jam city for me in several SBI receivers and a Dlask receiver.
