Except the receivers are already approved as non restricted on their regular BAR. These would be legal here too.

You should really stop guessing.

A few of their BAR's are here already unless I'm mistaken so can't see why these wouldn't be also legal as restricted with a 16 inch barrel or NR with a 20. Dig real deep in your pockets though! They are pricey. And yes I soooo want one!
