When doing a barrel swap on revolvers, how do you determine proper safe headspace. i know when you rebarrel a rifle you have a go and no go gauge that you close the stripped bolt on to ensure a safe "to spec." chamber. need info.
A barrel on a revolver doesn't control the headspace. That would be the relationship between the cylinder and the breechface. As Repete suggested cylinder gap is set when a revolver is rebarrelled.
"...for a revolver..." There are. Brownell's has 'em. However, like RePete says, you deal with the cylinder gap not headspace when rebarreling a revolver.
