Good day gents: I made off like a bandit at a LGS today with a pile of once-fired 30-06 and 43 Mauser brass (well, a pile of 30-06 brass and 10 43 Mauser cases) and while sorting through them this evening I came across some berdan primed cases that I didn't recognize.
If TE is the manufacturer's stamp we can go with Cartoucherie de Toulouse in France or Toyo Seiki, Ltd. in Japan. If we go with the P then it could be any number of companies. (Source)
I have a theory but I'd like to see if any of you actually know the provenance of these cases.
EDIT: Bah. One more image search and I found the damned answer (and proved my own theory wrong). It was from Cartoucherie de Toulouse, berdan primed, corrosive and garbage ammunition.
